Thomas Zulu – (July 4, 1992) Age 18, Grade 11 

Thomas is growing up fast and is one of the older boys in the home. In the last year, he has grown a lot in a leadership role and is helpful in giving direction to his siblings. He is very intelligent and does well in school. Thomas is very serious in his studies and would like to pursue a career in Medicine. He is very reflective and introverted. Many characterize him as a thinker.

 Thomas attends school at Kansenshi Secondary School in Ndola. There is not a reliable transport option for Thomas to come from the farm to school (this is where the boys home has been moved to) so he is currently boarding in Mercy Touch Home closer to his school and takes his meals at Oil of Joy (Girls’ Home) with his sisters.
